The Legal Advisory Service of the Federation is the department of the Federation that provides legal assistance services in both its internal and external legal advice (FMRM bodies) and defence in court.
Functions and services
1. Advice
- Answering legal questions
- Preparation of legal reports
- Preparation of legislative reports
- Preparation of circulars and information notes
- Monitoring legislative activity at national and regional level
- Study and analysis of documentation on the local world that has appeared in publications and magazines
2. Defense in court
- Legal direction of judicial proceedings.
