Training
The FMRM Training Department's mission is to develop and manage Continuing Education plans that, from a perspective of quality and innovation, effectively address the needs of public employees in the Region of Murcia's corporations. The FMRM Continuing Education Plan is funded by the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) and distributed by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.


Objectives and functions
1. Objectives
- The preparation, programming, and execution of the Training Plans that the FMRM has been developing on an inter-administrative basis since 1995.
- The organization of conferences, congresses and seminars.
- Promote and maintain the Training Platform for local employees: AULAFMRM
2. Functions
- Programming of Training Actions of the FMRM Continuing Training Plan for local employees.
- Annual negotiation of the Training Plan with the Trade Union Organizations that signed the Agreement: CC.OO, CSI-CSIF and UGT
- Ordinary operation of the Regional Commission for Continuing Education for Local Administration
- Financing of the Plan in collaboration with the CARM School of Training and Innovation (EFIAP)
- Execution of the Plan, evaluation and justification thereof
- Development of training needs studies for the Region's City Councils.
- Annual programming and implementation of conferences, seminars, and congresses that address the needs for updating and sharing experiences at the local level.
