The FMRM's 2024 Continuing Education Plan offers more than 70 training actions to improve the management of local entities through their employees.
The Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia is participating in the ForCon'24 Continuing Education Plan, aimed at municipal employees to keep them up-to-date on current issues and improve the management of local councils through employee training. This training plan, which will conclude in December, offers more than 70 courses divided into 13 thematic areas designed to meet the training needs of local public employees.
The Continuous Training Plan has been carried out uninterruptedly since 1995 and, as a Federation, we consider it essential for the proper functioning of local entities, since its members are continually retrained in topics in which we must be up to date in order to provide good service to citizens, achieving quality local management.
Throughout these years we can proudly say that we have the majority support of all our associates, since in the previous 29 plans we have had 1.287 Courses carried out with a total of 35.276 teaching hours and 27.678 trained participants.
