Among several topics discussed, they agreed to create a committee for coordination between the CARM and the FMRM during the de-escalation and social and economic reactivation phase of the region, to participate in decision-making during this new phase. This committee will be composed of President Fernando López Miras, the Minister of Finance and the Presidency, Javier Celdrán, the Director General of Local Administration, Francisco Abril, the President of the Federation of Municipalities, María Dolores Muñoz, her First Vice President, Víctor López, and the Secretary General of this entity, Manuel Pato. They have stipulated that these meetings will be held weekly, barring urgent agenda issues.
Both parties express the need to converge in a common space where ideas, approaches, and problems can be shared in a common direction, seeking the best solutions for the citizens of the Region of Murcia, with municipalities playing a fundamental role.
FMRM Secretary General Manuel Pato explained that "at this stage, the civic spirit, responsibility, and solidarity of individuals, who think about their own health and that of others—in short, protecting everyone—outweighs the management of the administrations themselves. Therefore, all of society must act together."
