The mission of the FMRM Training Department is to develop and manage Continuing Education plans which, from a quality and innovation perspective, effectively address the needs of public employees of corporations in the Region of Murcia.
Since our first training plan in 1995, we have managed 23 training plans, with the participation of more than 18.000 public employees and organizing more than 1.000 courses and conferences.
The FMRM Inter-Administrative Plan is geared towards the qualification and satisfaction of the staff of local entities in the Region, taking into account the demands received from the employees themselves, from local corporations and from trade union organisations.
Promoting access to training for the greatest number of employees, improving the quality of services provided to citizens, promoting the role of continuous training as a strategic factor and enhancing the qualification of public employees mark our strategic lines of action.
