Continuing Education 2018. Preview of Results

ForCon18QS2018Results

The FMRM 2018 Continuous Training Plan achieves the best results since the implementation of E-Learning training.

The 2018 Training Plan is now finished and we can extract some of the data obtained. One of the indices that has given us the greatest satisfaction has been to see how after collecting more than 770 Satisfaction Questionnaires of students, they have rewarded us by obtaining better grades than in subsequent years.

The QS User Satisfaction Questionnaire is a powerful tool that allows us to evaluate the impact of training in the student, in an initial stage of learning, just when the training action ends, or is about to end. These questionnaires collect anonymously in an index of 0 to 5 points all the relevant data in the exercise of the training action. They consist of: 55 questions, which are divided into 10 categories different ones that cover the points collected in the following table:

The Satisfaction Questionnaires also provide, apart from a very valuable analysis of the global situation, a great deal of information on where we should direct Training in the coming years. For example, the change from face-to-face training to E-Learning was reflected years ago by course participants and to meet that demand, the company was born. www.aulafmrm.es. Likewise, this year many have asked us for a greater load of face-to-face classes, in a range of 70% E-Learning and 30% Face-to-face, and it will be in that line of work where we will direct our efforts.

The following graph, which compares the ten categories into which we grouped the questions of the User Satisfaction Survey with those obtained in recent years, reflects that we have increased the satisfaction index in all categories. Satisfied that our work has been reflected in the acceptance by our users, we take on the responsibility of maintaining and improving our efforts for future editions of our Training Plan.
