February 27. Meeting with Jesús Salmerón, representative of the Gypsy Secretariat Foundation, at the FMRM
Jesús Salmerón, representative of the Fundación Secretariado Gitano and the president of the FMRM, María Dolores Muñoz, accompanied by the SG, Manuel Pato, held a meeting in which they tried to continue promoting recognition of the Gypsy people from the town councils through activities and proclamations to be carried out on April 8, which celebrates their International Day. On the other hand, he presented the results of the study carried out in 2018 on the situation of the Gypsy people in Spain, where the rates of poverty and school failure are higher. The president of the Federation offered to continue maintaining the collaboration as well as in the next meeting of the Working Commission of the area they can participate to present the results of the study and evaluate proposals that may be made from the town councils.
February 27. Meeting with del'aQua.
Representatives of the company «del'aQua» meet with the President of the FMRM, in order to offer a technology based on the physical treatment of water that consists of transforming calcite into soluble aragonite, which allows the calcareous formations in pipes to disappear, as well as greater efficiency in the water distribution system to avoid breakdowns or inadequate performance. D'esincal is an ecological alternative to the treatment of lime in water.
