FMRM's 2026 Continuing Education Plan: new courses, a new virtual classroom, and a strong push for Artificial Intelligence and legal training

With the same enthusiasm as always, and with updated tools, FMRM is launching its 2026 Continuing Education program for local employees. This year, the plan includes a particularly significant new feature: the completely redesigned AulaFMRM training platform, offering a modern, intuitive, and accessible learning experience.

The new training catalog includes a wide range of courses organized into thirteen thematic areaswhich ranges from urban planning and social welfare to public administration and citizen security. Among the most noteworthy offerings this year are courses related to Artificial Intelligence applied to the workplace, with titles like ChatGPT, Gemini and other Artificial Intelligences o Artificial Intelligence in Office Automationdesigned so that public employees can incorporate these tools into their daily work in a practical and secure way.

In addition, the plan further reinforces the legal-procedural training, one of the historical pillars of our offer, with courses aimed at responding to the real needs of municipal departments in regulatory and administrative management matters.
